Freeview channels missing?

Hey,

We recently bought a new Panasonic plasma with Freeview built in.
Once auto tuned it's pretty good, but we can't seem to get channel One or 2? The only time they have appeared was when it rains hard, but very bad reception. We live in Milford (Auckland) so I don't see any reason as to why we can't get them?

How can I fix it?

Give us a call and we will try to help figure out what is wrong, probably the Aerial system will need some changes.

Just Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
