What UHF Aerial to buy

I am in Loburn which is about 45km North from Christchurch Port Hills.  The coverage map says I am "very likely" to get HD coverage.  I have just bought a TV with Freeview inbuilt.

I can't see the port hills from the room where the TV is in, there is a hill and trees in the way.

On our old tv we could get all channels except TV 1 with rabbit ears.

Can I get away with an internal aerial and if so which one?
We have a steel tile roof would that be a problem?

Maybe, probably get this one this one, if that does not work you will need to go for an outdoor UHF aerial.
