The adapter adopts high power design with transmission output power up to 500mw, which offers up to 8 times the range of conventional adapters. It features a 5 dBi External Detachable Antenna that can be rotated and adjusted in different directions to fit various operation environments. For even more demanding applications, the antenna can also be replaced with standard RP-SMA antenna to enable wider wireless coverage.
Its auto-sensing capability allows high packet transfer up to 150Mbps for maximum throughput, or dynamic range shifting to lower speeds due to distance or operating limitations. It can also interoperate with all 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n products.
